Join instructor Shira Schwartz, in a ‘trip’ to Israel through basic Israeli dance movements and Israeli music. Enjoy the vibrant music of Israel, its diverse sounds and rhythms. This class will
be compatible with mobility/cardio/flexibility levels of active adults 60+ and use components of Israeli dance movement/music. We hope to see you there!
